*All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Once your application has been accepted, we will issue a personalised invoice outlining all costs associated with your stay. This includes tuition, homestay accommodation, insurance, and any applicable administration fees. The invoice will also provide clear instructions for making payment.

All fees are payable three months in advance of the student’s start date, or by prior arrangement with the Director of International Students. Our fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change.

Medical and travel insurance is compulsory for the duration of your enrolment. This can be arranged through the College using Unicare Insurance. For more details on the policy, please visit www.uni-care.org/nz-student-plan. Insurance fees are set by the provider and may change.

In addition, a Contingency Fund is required to cover extra costs that may arise. These may include:

  • Outdoor Education & Coasties
  • Stationey
  • NCEA fees
  • Subject fees and course-related day trips
  • Co-curricular fees (e.g. sports, clubs)
  • Airport transfers (for new students or by request)
  • School uniform

Funds sent for the Contingency Fund are held in a personalised school account for each student. This account is operated and supervised by the College’s Business Manager. A detailed statement of expenditure is available to parents at any time upon request.

The money in this account remains the property of the student’s parents and any unused balance will be refunded when the student permanently leaves the College.
